Yin, Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga every Wednesday at 7.45pm
In my class you’ll have your choice of doing a Yin, Hatha, or Vinyasa lead Yoga flow. You’ll need to bring your own yoga mat and accessories to each class. My class can be found in the small hall, and it can hold 15-20 people per class. All levels are welcome.

What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. My approach to Yoga Nidra is very simple. In this class you'll experience a deep meditation environment with adaptations to breath work that help with practicing mindfulness and encourage free thought.
As this is an evening class, we open with three part breath exercises, pranyama and meditation, working our way up into yoga Nidra stages. We will be maintaining Shavasana (lie flat on your back) throughout the entire class. My aim is to create a restorative environment for the body, the practice with truly place your mind and body at peace and reset your mind for a restful night.
Please wear comfortable and loose clothing. And please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket and/or pillow.

A bootcamp body circuit using an array of equipment, including kettlebells, dumbbells, steps, and boxes. My classes can be found on the Studio floor, and it can hold 10-20 people per class. All levels are welcome.
