Personal Training
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. Let me help you to kick start your personal health, fitness, and all-over well-being providing a holistic approach to training, nutrition, and motivational coaching. Using a variety of coaching methods including strength building, muscle conditioning, and cardio exercises, I support you with much motivation and enjoyment in your transformation to a better you. In addition, I run bootcamp and kettlebell circuit work-out classes and can provide virtual PT and motivational coaching. Please join me at my physical standpoint at Rochester Health Club.

Yoga & MeditationI teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes, providing an informal and calm environment. By creating an immersive experience moving from meditation to Yoga flows, expect an engaging class that meets you wherever you are on your Yoga journey. Focusing on each pupil in my class one at a time, I teach adaptations and challenging poses to advance your future asana practice. NutritionNutrition is the foundation for everyone’s health journey. Advocating the NHS Health and Nutrition plan, let me help you developing a nutrition plan that works for you. The right diet supports your transformation towards a healthier you, whether you want to lose weight, or put on muscle and tone up. Most nutrients, vitamins, and minerals we require are received through a varied and well-balanced diet. Although in some cases you may need additional supplements.
Suffering myself from colitis, I became an expert developing nutrition plans required for restrictive diets and special cases as gluten free, dairy free, or intolerances with everyday supermarket products. Knowing how difficult it can be to find the right nutrition yourself, let me help you to find a diet that balances in your everyday life while promoting your wellbeing. |
Wellbeing & Rehabilitation
In our stressful daily environment wellbeing & rehabilitation are more important than ever. My Yoga teacher training encompassed wellbeing and rehabilitation extensively alongside meditation. Let me show you how to manage and cope with stress through meditation, practising mindfulness, focusing on awareness, and achieving a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. To support your daily meditation, I will teach you stiffening techniques and useful pranayama.
